‘Hunger Games’ actor Ethan Jamieson has been arrested on charges of allegedly assaulting three men with a handgun. The 27-year-old actor, who played the male tribute from District 4 in the 2012 blockbuster, was arrested on April 8 on three felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, according to reports.

According to People, court documents state that Ethan Jamieson allegedly attacked three men with a handgun in Raleigh, N.C. As per the outlet, officials in the case noted, “During the course of the investigation, detectives identified Ethan Jamieson (27) as the individual who discharged a single gunshot in the direction of the victims’ vehicle,” police said, adding that Jamieson was arrested and charged.”

The ‘Hunger Games’ actor was denied bail on April 9. His next court appearance will be on April 30.
Ethan Jamieson has a troubled previous record
This marks Jamieson’s second arrest in the past year and a half. In March 2025, he was arrested in Raleigh for resisting a public officer on March 21, 2025, per the aforementioned outlet. He was sentenced for the 2025 offense on March 26, 2026, three days after the recent alleged assault.Jamieson was a part of the ‘Hunger Games’ cast, which included Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Stanley Tucci, Wes Bentley, Elizabeth Banks, and Liam Hemsworth.According to Entertainment Weekly, Jamieson’s acting credits also include a 2009 episode of ‘One Tree Hill,’ a 2010 TV movie called ‘The Rusty Bucket Kids: Lincoln,’ ‘Journey to 16,’ and a 2013 appearance in ‘Justified,’ where he played Milo Truth.
